Traditional Surveying

Flood Certifications / LOMA

A survey to determine a property's location relative to the base flood elevation, often needed for flood insurance, property sales, new construction, or remodeling in FEMA flood zones. LOMA (Letter of Map Amendment) provided.

Mortgage / Physical Surveys

A property survey to reveal potential issues and verify structures, land, property title owners, and compliance with building and zoning codes before purchase.

Topographic Surveys

A survey to show the height, depth, size, and location of natural and manmade features, as well as elevation changes on a parcel of land.

Plot / Site Plans

CSI plot plans display dimensions, proposed improvements, setback lines, and easements, while CSI site plans show all land features and attachments, including trees, bushes, flowerbeds, driveways, creeks, and ponds.
